Our supervisors and guides for each activity
are specialist professionals, with considerable knowledge
of the area in which our activities are carried out
We have qualifications such as that of
"Monitor de aguas bravas" (white water supervisor)
granted by the Federación Española de Piragüismo (Spanish
Canoeing Federation), and the module "Técnico especialista
en la conducción de grupos en actividades físico-deportivas
en el medio natural" (Specialist in leading groups
for outdoor sports activities) from the IES Universidad Laboral
de Gijón. (Since 2001, our company has been contracted
to give courses to students at the IES Universidad Laboral
de Gijón on the following: equatic tourism, white water, caving,
canyoning, rope handling, and safety and rescue techniques.)
Additionally, our supervisors usually
have qualifications and training in areas such as the following:
rescue, first aid, supervising leisure activities, customer
service, etc.
However, none of our supervisors is lacking
in the most important personal quality of all: the personal
touch. They all take painstaking care to make sure that all
our clients have an unforgettable time with us.
